An interesting movie discussing the hazards of plastic bags is on show at the Siouxland Film Festival.  According to SoiuxCityJournal.com, the festival has collaborated with the Woodbury County Conservation and the City of Sioux City to encourage people to stop using plastic bags and switch over to eco-friendly reusable bags instead.
